Here is a list of the "hottest" heads of state. They only rate Obama as number 15, which is OK I guess. For the US to challenge for the top spot we'll have to elect Sarah Palin or Liz Cheney. I don't think Hillary would rate as high as Obama. Yulia Tymoshenko is going to be hard to beat.
