The Democrats and their media allies did a good job of providing disinformation to the uS and the world regarding Iraq's weapons program after the major combat operations ended in Iraq. Their goal was to achieve power in the US even though the uS was harmed by their activities. It is certain that Iraq had chemical weapons prior to the war, and there is ample information that Russia and Iraq moved the materials to Syria prior to the start of combat.
