There is a lot of news today about the Chinese military hacking into Pentagon computers. That follows a recent similar event in Germany, which Merkel complained to the Chinese about. None of this is surprising since the Chinese military has long said theat they are conducting "unrestricted warfare" against the United States. As usual, we have ignored them. One reason given for ignoring them is that the Chinese military seems separate from the civil government. The Chinese military funds itself through its own manufacturing plants and other economic enterprises.
