While I was exercizing this morning there was a Hillary Clinton speech being playd on CNN. Hillary basically said that the US has collapsed since Bush became President. She mentioned that Bush's cronies received a lot of sole source contracts. I assume she was referring to Halliburton's KBR division, which Halliburton has sold possibly because of the criticism from Democrats (and Halliburton has moved their headquarters out of the US, possibly for the same reason.) But, I wonder if Hillary has considered Perini, the company that has received the most sole source contracts under Bush Administration. Perini is controlled by Richard Blum, who is Senator Diane Feinstein's husband. Senator Feinstein was on the committee that voted to give Billions to Perini. Neither Bush nor Cheney got to vote on those contracts.
