Dead Penguins are washing up on the beaches of Rio de Janerio. They are migrating from their home waters because of the extreme cold. Experts suspect global warming is the probable cause. Or maybe Bush, Cheney and Halliburton have something to do with it since they are responsible for everything bad that ever happened. I was thinking Rove, but I'm not sure if his "power to cloud men's minds" works on penguins.
